These terms & conditions apply to purchases made from Rooted in Bolton by yourself - the buyer. Our address, contact number and email address can all be found on the Contact page

Product descriptions are provided for each individual item. Please note that colours may look different on different screens, eg mobile and laptop. Please contact us by one of the methods listed above with any queries regarding products, before you purchase. Prices include VAT at standard rate, payment in full required at time of order

Delivery:
Collection in person Items are usually available for same day collection, but this may vary depending on the time and date on which you wish to collect. When you select this option, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pick up time
Local Delivery Items are usually available for same day delivery, but this may vary depending on the time and date on which you wish to collect. When you select this option, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time
UK Mainland Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, then arrive with you within 2-3 working days. Tracking information will be provided. Cost calculated at checkout
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, then arrive with you within 3-5 working days. Tracking information will be provided. Cost calculated at checkout

If goods are unable to be delivered for any reason and have to be returned to us, you will be liable for the costs incurred, including shipping both ways. To avoid this, please ensure that all your contact and delivery details are full and correct when placing your order, and that you take notice of tracking and delivery information provided.

On receipt of goods Please check that your items are as ordered, and report any damages or missing items within 3 days of receipt. To do this, send an email to orders@rootedinbolton.co.uk including your order number, details of damaged/missing item(s) and photos of anything damaged in transit. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, known as the "cooling off period". This should be done by email to orders@rootedinbolton.co.uk. After notifying us of your intent to return the items, you have another 14 days to send them back. Returns must be in their unused, original, re-sellable condition including original packaging, tags and any enclosed literature. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds/Replacements Once we have received your returned item it will be inspected to ensure it is in resalable condition. If it is not, we will photograph the damage and send it to you, and the refund will be reduced accordingly. Refunds once agreed will be refunded to your original payment method minus shipping charges and a handling fee of £10.

Packaging In line with our "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" ethos, packaging will be minimal and may not be brand new. This in no way affects the quality of the product inside the packaging. We respectfully request that all packaging is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
