🛍️ How do I pre-order a GreenStalk with free shipping?

Add your goodies to your basket and select Spring Pre-Order at checkout for the shipping method. You can choose to pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card or PayPal, and shipping is free.

💸 How does the Pre-Order Instalment Plan work?

Select Spring Pre-Order Plan at checkout. You will receive links to pay by debit or credit card or bank transfer, and 50% is due on receipt. Further payments can be made using the link as and when it suits you. We’ll keep track and confirm your balance by email. Full payment is required before your order is sent out.

Example: Pre-order total: £200
Pay £100 on receipt of the link to secure your order
Pay the rest by 10th April for earliest delivery

🚚 When will my pre-order be delivered?

Pre-orders will be delivered in April. We’ll dispatch your order once the shipment has arrived and your balance is paid in full.

🚀 What if I want my GreenStalk delivered straight away?

If you’d like immediate delivery, please don’t use the Pre-Order Plan. Any items without the words "pre-order" are available for immediate delivery

📦 Can I mix in-stock and pre-order items in the same order?

Only if you want April delivery - pre-order items come with free shipping, but everything in your basket will be shipped together. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
